BidNexus can prompt experts to update their CVs regularly, with submissions accessible on the front-end, even if BidNexus access is limited to your office.

Email functionality

To use email functionality BidNexus can connect to Mailgun, Mandrill, Amazon SES, or be configured to use an SMTP server, like any email application.

Hosting

BidNexus is offered as separate web-based instances available to clients in isolated Docker containers hosted on secure servers.

CV Access

BidNexus can be left reachable from any IP address, or only from specific IPs or VPNs (for example your office’s network)

Back-ups

A daily snap-shot is made of all data, allowing for data-recovery at minimum data-loss. Copies of the last 7 days are kept on file.
